By project development, we refer to older buildings that are entirely renovated and remodelled by our company and our development partners. We focus on older buildings in need of renovation in areas with few or no new projects available.
Our aim is to offer a classic look with a modern feel. The buildings are totally transformed, equipped with all modern amenities and fixtures, while maintaining the classic look of the original architectural traits. Every project we present is a great opportunity for Greek Residency investment.
The electrical and water networks are reinstalled from the beginning and the building structure is reinforced. The energy class is improved so as to comply with the relevant licensing
