Greek Golden Visa with €250Κ – updated Sep 2024
Important Notes About the New Law:
The new Golden Visa law 5100/2024 will come into full effect on September 1st, 2024.
- There are three main categories of investments:
In the broader areas of Athens, Thessaloniki, Mykonos, Santorini, and all islands with a population of over 3,100 inhabitants, the minimum investment required for obtaining a golden visa is set at €800,000. - In the rest of Greece, the minimum investment required for a golden visa is set at €400,000.Under both of the above scenarios, the minimum net interior space of the property must be at least 120 square meters.
- The most important option: The new law allows investors to convert commercial properties (such as office spaces, shops, or industrial buildings) into residential ones and qualify for a Greek golden visa with a minimum investment of €250,000.
Our company will focus its efforts on the third category. We will continue to invest in properties for renovation, but this time, we will convert commercial properties into residential ones.
Our goal is to offer fully renovated and functional properties with high returns, in upscale areas of Athens, at a cost not exceeding €250,000.
