Τhe Greek government recently voted the amendment 4686/2020 to the investment residency law, allowing the investors to complete the whole process for the Greek residency permit, remotely.
This decision comes as a procedure improvement measure, after the restrictions in travelling that came as a result of the COVID pandemic.
The whole process for the property purchase will be performed by our company. The customer will decide about the property online and then we will perform the required formalities to complete the purchase.
