We ensure that the properties have no outstanding communal or utility bills and are fully prepared for transfer, with all necessary paperwork in place, allowing the transfer to the new owner within 15 days.

Additionally, each property comes with a written guarantee from our legal team, providing buyers with full legal assurance and peace of mind.

Before Τhe Purchase

Once you’ve selected your desired property and are ready to move forward with the purchase, our team will be there to guide you through each step, ensuring a smooth and efficient process:

Purchasing property abroad and keeping it in good condition are two very different tasks. Once the paperwork is finalized, you officially become the proud owner of a new property. However, whether you plan to spend a significant amount of time in Greece or not, certain responsibilities will inevitably arise.

Our company offers a “one-stop package deal” of services to simplify your life. After you purchase the property, we provide a “Basic Move-in Package” to the new owner, which includes:

Delivering a full set of keys (usually 4 or 5).
Setting up essential services like electricity, water, heating, and telephony/internet so that the property is ready for immediate use.
Offering recommendations to improve the property and assisting with implementations such as installing electrical appliances, light fixtures, or adding outdoor features like sunshades.
Advising on property insurance and completing all the necessary documentation.

Additionally, with a fixed monthly fee, we offer a service to manage your bills and conduct a monthly inspection to ensure that everything remains in proper order.

Rental Management

If you don’t plan to use your property for certain periods, renting it out can be a smart way to cover costs such as property taxes, maintenance, and utilities.

We offer comprehensive rental management services, including:

Advertising the property and managing all communications with potential tenants. Conducting property viewings (typically around 12 viewings before securing a tenant). Performing thorough financial and background checks on prospective tenants.
Preparing and signing the lease agreement, as well as submitting the contract to the tax office.
Providing move-in assistance for the tenant and transferring utility bills into their name. Representing you at building owners’ meetings.
